See Klengel 1992, 134 fn. 260: “RS 17.334 = PRU IV 53ff., cf. GS I 53 and II 357. This document, handed down ro us as a copy from the time of Ini-Teshup of Karkamish, can be connected with the rebellion in Syria which took place during the early years of Murshili II, especially year 7, when the king Tette of Nuhashe broke the treaty with Hatti and revolted against his overlord. Cf. Perhaps KBo XVI 349 (CTH 215), where Ugarit is mentioned in context with a rebellion.” But also see CTH 63, which Goetze attributed to 7th year of the Annals of Murshili II but really is a different document.
